Mr. Kuljian has approximately 40 years experience in marine and industrial coatings surface preparation, formulation, testing, program management and consulting. He has managed coating programs for Navy surface ships, submarines, tank farms, as well as for bridge and highway authorities, and municipal water authorities. He is an instructor for a variety of coating inspection and application-related classes for AMPP and has authored a number of National Shipbuilding Research Program projects over the past 30 years. Gordon is an SSPC and NACE Protective Coatings Specialist, a Senior Certified Coatings Inspector and holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. He currently consults for the Naval Research Laboratory, State DoT’s, private industry and major marine and industrial coatings manufacturers. Gordon lives outside of San Diego CA. - Gordon Kuljian
